Day 1

Arrive in Guwahati

Welcome to Guwahati, the gateway to Northeast India. Upon arrival at the airport, transfer to your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a serene sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra River, one of the great rivers of the world. Guwahati, known for its ancient temples, is home to the revered Kamakhya Temple, making it a vibrant cultural and spiritual hub. Overnight in Guwahati.

Day 2

Guwahati to Cherrapunjee (144 km | 5 hrs | 1,300 m elevation)

Begin your ride to Cherrapunjee, famed as one of the wettest places on Earth. En route, stop by Elephant Falls, Umiam Lake, and Mawsmai Falls. Explore the fascinating Mawsmai or Aurah caves, a geological wonder. As you ride through the lush East Khasi Hills, soak in the breathtaking landscapes. Overnight in Cherrapunjee.

Day 3

Cherrapunjee to Shillong (64 km | 3 hrs)

Start your day with an early trek to the iconic Living Root Bridges, a marvel of bioengineering. After lunch, ride to Shillong, the charming capital of Meghalaya. Known as the “Scotland of the East,” Shillong boasts colonial charm, temperate weather, and a vibrant cultural scene. Spend the evening exploring its bustling markets or relaxing in its scenic beauty. Overnight in Shillong.

Day 4

Shillong to Nameri National Park (300 km | 7 hrs)

Ride through verdant landscapes to Nameri National Park in Assam, a haven for wildlife enthusiasts. Nestled at the Himalayan foothills, Nameri is known for its pristine beauty and diverse ecosystems. Spend the evening soaking in the tranquility of the park. Overnight in Nameri.

Day 5

Nameri to Dirang (160 km | 6 hrs | 1,620 m elevation)

After breakfast, enjoy a thrilling river rafting experience on the Bhoroli River. The scenic ride to Dirang takes you through breathtaking valleys and serene Monpa villages. Explore Dirang’s attractions, including Sangti Valley, Dirang Monastery, and the majestic Mandala Hill. Optionally, ride to Sela Pass (4,170 m) for a high-altitude adventure. Overnight in Dirang.

Day 6

Dirang to Bhalukpong (140 km | 4 hrs)

Descend from the Himalayan heights to Bhalukpong, a picturesque border town between Arunachal Pradesh and Assam. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon by the Kameng River or take a stroll through the lush surroundings. Overnight in Bhalukpong.

Day 7

Bhalukpong to Ziro Valley (280 km | 7 hrs | 1,800 m elevation)

Ride to the serene Ziro Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Known for its Apatani tribal culture and verdant landscapes, Ziro offers a peaceful retreat amidst nature. Overnight in Ziro.

Explore Ziro Valley

Discover the unique culture of the Apatani people by visiting Hong, Rama, and Hari villages. Witness their innovative agricultural practices and distinctive traditions. Immerse yourself in the tranquility and charm of this untouched paradise. Overnight in Ziro.

Day 9

Ziro to Majuli Island (170 km | 6 hrs)

Ride to Majuli, the world’s largest river island, nestled in the Brahmaputra River. This cultural hub is known for its SatriyaVaishnavite monasteries. Explore KamalabariSatra and enjoy a traditional Satriya dance performance by monks. Overnight in Majuli.

Day 10

Majuli to Jorhat (20 km | 1 hr)

After visiting Auniati and DakhinpatSatras and a Mishing tribal village, take a ferry to Nimati Ghat and ride to Jorhat. Spend the evening exploring the city’s tea gardens or relaxing at your hotel. Overnight in Jorhat.

Day 11

Jorhat to Kaziranga National Park (100 km | 3 hrs)

Start your day with a visit to Gibbon Wildlife Sanctuary, home to rare primates like the Hoolock Gibbon and Assamese Macaque. Continue your ride to Kaziranga National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Spend a leisurely evening immersing yourself in the park’s serene surroundings. Overnight in Kaziranga.

Day 12

Pangong to Leh (160 km | 6 hrs)


Ride back to Leh via the scenic Chang La Pass (5,360 m), one of the world’s highest motorable passes. Spend your final evening in Leh celebrating the incredible journey with your group. Overnight in Leh.

Day 13

Kaziranga to Guwahati (220 km | 5 hrs)

Ride back to Guwahati, reminiscing about your incredible journey. Spend your final evening exploring Guwahati’s vibrant markets or visiting the Kamakhya Temple. Overnight in Guwahati.

Day 14

Departure

Transfer to Guwahati airport for your onward journey. Bid farewell to the enchanting Northeast and the unforgettable memories of your motorbike adventure.
